How to reach us

Email contact@crypto-bahamas.com. It is the only channel we run: we have no phone line, no walk-in office and no chat service. Anyone who calls or messages you claiming to be from Crypto Bahamas and offering to trade or invest for you is not us.

What to send us

  • Corrections. If a fee, rule, address or status on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and, if you can, include a link to the official source. Corrections with a source are the fastest to verify.
  • Crypto ATM sightings. No working Bitcoin ATM is listed in The Bahamas today. If you see one in a shop or plaza, send the location, the operator’s name on the screen and a photo if possible. We will check it before adding it to our ATM tracker.
  • Local tips. Your bank declined a card payment to an exchange, a branch changed its wire process, a Family Island shop started taking Bitcoin, or a new meetup launched. First-hand reports help us keep island pages accurate.
  • Questions about our content. If something on a page is unclear, ask. Good questions often become new FAQ entries.

What to expect

We read every message. Corrections that come with a source are usually checked within a few working days, and when a fix is made the page’s “last checked” date changes too. We can’t reply individually to every tip, and we never publish your name or email address without your permission.

What we can’t help with

We are an independent information resource, not a financial adviser, broker or exchange. We can’t tell you what to buy, check a specific transaction, recover lost funds or contact a company on your behalf. For account problems, contact the provider directly through its official website.

Report a scam

If you think you have been targeted by a crypto scam, or a company claims to be licensed in The Bahamas when it isn’t, report it to the Securities Commission of The Bahamas at scb.gov.bs (info@scb.gov.bs, 242-397-4100). You can also check any firm on the SCB register first. Our scam warnings page lists recent SCB and Central Bank notices and the patterns to watch for.
